"Awful experience earlier this week. They’ve earned so many five star reviews how? Was prescribed an ointment for my toddler which spoiled before the course ran out. Took it to Shacklock Pharmacy where the older woman insisted the medication was fine and that there must be a problem with my eyes or nose or lighting at home- she even said it must be my house that smells bad and not the medication. Unbelievable! So rude and inappropriate. Luckily another pharmacy sorted it for me after seeing that the medication had indeed spoiled. Shacklock is convenient for me but I will not be returning. I’ll take manners and good service over convenience and rudeness anytime."
