"I asked for a product price and they told me its for £500. I know that this product is for €199 only online and they sell it in their branch in selfridges for £600. When I told her how come you sell it for £500 and your branch across the road in selfridges sells it for £600 she said oh am sorry it is £600. My wife was to buy another product and they told her its for £32 and in the cashier they put £36 in the card device. So, be careful or go to trusted shops like boots"

"25th of December, this was the only pharmacy open, they asked me to pay £35 for an antibiotic with a private prescription, absolute bonkers! Such a disgusting marked up on a simple essential medicine which is also one of the cheapest things to buy with a private prescription! I left without it as I couldn’t afford to pay that much, kept a UTI for a further 2 days and went to boots, the real total?? £9.35!! Shame on you! Just a tourist’s trap!!"

"The prices are high & they have a policy of no refund. I bought a waterfloss with 89£ & then found it in superdrug with 49 £ which is the same, I went to them asked for refund the day after they refused. Very disappointed"

"A retailer, as it shouldn't even be called a pharmacy for the service and prices they provide. Ran by money hungry children who the last thing on their mind is patient centred care. They don't value the field of pharmacy of providing the best variant of a medication and they up charge x6 of the cost price. You heard that right, that means when they buy a pack of medication for £1 they sell it for £6 whereas most pharmacies at MOST up charge by x1.9. It's shocking how they are still running, as the first thing staff treat you with is arrogance and bluntness. Absolutely appalled that the GPHC has not cracked down on this scam of a place."
