"Rude staff and unprofessional behaviour bordering on being racist. They do not comply with clinical standards (and labour rules) in simple matters which makes me feel extremely hesitant in using them for any medicinal issues. I have raised a formal complaint with NHS England. Recommend to avoid at any costs as other commentators have already mentioned."
