"Unbelievably bad customer service. On collecting pre-paid item for elderly ill mother who couldn’t make it down to collect item for her grandchild was accused of possible theft (of a pre-paid £14 school jumper) & having a fake driving licence when I tried to show proof of address. Dreadful woman. Would not recommend this shop"
