"Literally the worst and slowest service on the planet, would just avoid completely"
"What’s the point in sending prescriptions here when they take an hour to even serve you, then they’re out of stock"
"Very knowledgeable young pharmacist, couldn't of been more helpful when I visited the pharmacy. I like the 'one person at a time' in the store policy as it allows me to safely get my prescription without interacting with other patients inside! The store manager is great and quickly resolves any problems I have with the surgery next door I wish all pharmacies were run like this one. Just a shame they have little to no stock on the shelves and it looks like the place is closing down. However, I understand this was a company decision due to COVID and not the managers fault for the shelves being empty."
"Almost no stock. Queues outside for no apparent reason. Prescription issues on a regular basis. Raised price of paracetamol products already on their shelves when virus lockdown starting. ug"
"My much loved Nan is blind and has mobility issue's so she requires home delivery therefore on a standard day she wouldn't be able to get to the pharmacy unaided (Commcab/Dial-A-Ride). She has been using pharmacy made blister packs for a number of years now as she has problems popping the tablets and capsule or capless from the blister packs . They don't put items in the blister packs and just chuck it in the bag no explanation. Because there was a problem with them ordering / receiving prescription or stocking. the tablet she's had to downgrade to a lesser pain killer so she can get it on time in her blister pack and they mark tablets as put in the pack but for me being there she would not know some were missing . And some weren't in the made up blister pack but a separate box if she was lucky enough to get it at all it's not uncommon for them to miss out tablets she can't fill hers up anymore herself she's 71 and register blind and disabled. Maybe il try and get her moved . I wish I could of given Zero stars ,terrible care for a elderly person in the community they don't care. Update 29/08/2019 Also I feel these people have no commitment to the protection of the local community and I tried to take a sealed yellow box of sharps for a friend's who's had a op and refused to take them back and pass them back to there supplier to be destroyed IL never go back again they'll hand out needles for diabetes but not take them in for destruction."
