"My GP sent a prescription Thursday afternoon for antibiotics as a have a nasty cold. So where's my medication. As I haven't got it, and I'm having to chase up yet again to find out that I'm going to have to wait now until Monday. This is extremely bad practice and this has to change Immediately. What are you still in the dark ages, you have to open on Saturday and when prescriptions need to be delivered get on with it, you far to slow on the up take. Done of the medication I have to take can save my life. I only live down the road from you. So what's your problem as to why you fail do badly with doing such a basic thing as to deliver what I need. If I find out on Monday morning that you have made up my presentation and I'm having to wait all weekend chocking and then being sick finally expect me to explode at you. Because I promise I'm going to patients should not have to chase you because of gross incompetence by you."

I couldn't ask for a more efficient pharmacy, the most I've had to wait for a prescription on a busy day is a minute or so."
"A very pleasant experience. The new shop is still being finished and moved into, however, this did not matter. I came here to get some travel vaccines without appointment and the entire team were very friendly to both me and everyone else who passed through during my visit. They have a comfortingly clean dedicated consultation room, which is surprisingly quiet given their proximity to the main road. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and confidently took me through all the information I needed and made sure I was well informed before leaving. They are very chatty, making sure there is never a dull moment, making it a very fluid experience. Overall, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I will definitely be returning!"
