"Every time I went there the staff was unfriendly and cold. It's uncomfortable to wait there for your prescription while all the pharmacists gossip among themselves and ignore you. My prescription was supposed to be ready last Thursday but to be sure and because I didn't need it right away, I came on TUESDAY and it still was not ready! And it's happened before. They ended up giving me an emergency prescription and I got my medicine but they didn't even seem sorry or show any empathy, so I've changed my nominated pharmacy. You're supposed to be able to trust your pharmacist and ask them questions about very personal aspects of your health, and none of the people I interacted with the past 6 months ever gave me that feeling."
