"Unfortunately I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. The standard has drastically gone down. The new manager is extremely rude, doesn't really care about the patients, please bring the old manager back, the new manager is ridiculous at providing any services, he has no sense of talking to people and he is absolute incompetent of being a pharmacist."

"The chemist is clean, efficient & well stocked. I can get everything I need. However there is a pharmacy assistant behind the counter, a mature English lady in her 60s probably, who needs to improve her customer service skills. She not friendly and at times is impolite. She can be gruff. She is knowledgeable but needs to cheer up a bit. Apart from that all the other staff are nice. Perhaps the pharmacy assistant should go on a customer service training course. This is my honest opinion."
