"Attempted to collect box of LFTs. Having received order confirmation via NHS ordering site, I arrived only to be told they had none in stock. The problem was how this was communicated - with a high level of irritability towards my request for collection?! I was told to come back after 4pm when new stock was expected to arrive. I did that, but was told the stock hadn't arrived but again that information was delivered with some significant exasperation - even though I had simply returned as they requested! I was told they would put a box aside for me when the next order came in and to call first to check the order had arrived. I did that today only to be bluntly told that no such thing had happened and that further "that's not the sort of thing that we would promise". I appreciate they must be extremely busy at present, but that doesn't at all justify their treatment of people walking through their doors. Unbelievable animosity towards a member of the public simply trying to get some LFTs to keep myself, my family and those around me safe. Avoid at all costs if you would like to be treated reasonably, and use one of the many other pharmacies/chemists nearby whose service is infinitely better"

The knowledge that the pharmacist has - she often offers better advice than my GP 3. They have fully embraced electronic prescriptions and online ordering which makes things so much easier"
