"The old Indian lady at the counter is clearly suffering from dementia and needs help from a pharmacy herself, she kept me waiting so long and then she told me my prescription isn't there even though ten minutes before she told me to wait ten minutes for the prescription . Please don't use people that are too careless and lazy to work in the pharmacy. If it's regarding medicine it's putting lives at risk. What if I believed her and left, what would I do? I'd have missed my medication, what if I collapsed ?"

"Since the construction start is no more parking space available, at Christmas time it was a nightmare to find a parking space and in the weekends is the same problem. Customer service is no pleased as well with all tired and grumpy old ladies. Sorry but that's haw it's it. So overall not a good experience to shop at Tesco Hoover Perivale."
