"Awful customer service at this specific pharmacy. The pharmacists will always make you wait a very long time for collecting medication. It’s never ready in time. They never answer the phone. To make matters worse, they forget to put some medicines in the bag. Or don’t put enough, which means you have to make a double trip back to them. It’s ridiculous. The new staff don’t have a clue! What a shame. Big shout out to Poonam though, she’s the most welcoming person at this pharmacy. 5 stars to her."
