"The staff really needs to learn customer interaction. I was looking for some medication. They had different one with the same content. But instead of offering it, they just said they don't have it. Thankfully, a senior member helped me out. They also charged me for extra (empty) bottle which other pharmacies I have been to don't."

"Absolutely terrible service and Mr Gor the owner has no compassion or understanding. I’ve also seen the way he speaks to his staff and they seem busy and he won’t even serve on the counter if he knows customers are not happy with level of service provided. They never have adequate stock levels of repeat prescription and you could end up waiting up to two weeks. They blame the GP surgery for not sending prescriptions on time but what each time this happens? I gave them a chance to get there act together as I fully understand what it’s like running a customer facing service. Get your act together regarding repeat prescriptions so you don’t let your customers down. We go elsewhere now. No way I will spend money here or would allow the NHS to support them. They run the risk of people being without medicines when urgently needed ."
