Reviews of Bandook
"This place has delicious food (partially). We ordered the keralin Mooli ( the yellow curry in the picture) which was beyond delicious. It doesn't come with rice or paratha, so you'll have to order that on the side. The gunpowder chips and chili paneer were mediocre. Kingfisher beer is always good. Service was on par with the gunpowder chips."
"Nice food. Chicken, fish and prawns are all very tender. Service was quick. The area is bubbly. We ate outdoor on a very hot and sunny day, had to eat quickly because of flies. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of the type of spices they use or the flavour for the dishes we ordered. Although overall is good, it’s nothing special comparing to other Indian restaurant. It’s also very pricy. We are a family of 3 (8 year old) and only ordered one juice and tap water and the bill came £66. I’d highly recommend you to visit if you haven’t been, but I wouldn’t return and would rather try somewhere new."
"Nice Indian street food spot in Wapping Wharf. Quite small so expect queues in busy periods. Decent little vegan options but quite pricey! Still yummy food and one of the few places offering a good selection of vegan food in Wapping Wharf."
