Reviews
"I am writing this review in the hope that somebody from Boots Head Office reads it and takes action by sending EVERYONE at their Claygate branch on a customer service training programme. Over the last 18 months I’ve had the misfortune of visiting this store on average once a month. On every single occasion, bar none, I have been treated with apathy and rudeness bordering on utter disrespect. I might be tempted to think it was personal but when I see the way they treat every one of their customers, it’s clearly the way the shop is managed. By far the worst is the female pharmacist there at the moment; she’s got the look of withering disdain down to a fine art and uses it on any person that dares to stand at the counter. And that’s only on the odd occasion when she actually bothers to drag herself up to the front counter rather than pretending to be filing or looking for something. With her as a role model to the younger members of staff, it's hardly surprising the whole shop is in such a mess. Thank goodness Claygate Pharmacy is so close by – every time I go there, I’m warmly welcomed and treated like a customer rather than an inconvenience."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I've lived in Claygate for 20 years and this is the worst Boots ever...slow/disinterested/"the computer says no"...literally don't bother as Claygate Pharmacy on the High Street is the exact opposite...ie brilliant! Had to use Boots today for online pick up of prescription...had to go to Esher instead as "computer said no"...Esher issued it with no fuss. Boots...terminate your Claygate franchise agreement!!!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service given by miserable and arrogant staff who seem to think it is an irritation to come and serve you after keeping you waiting for as long as possible. 9 times out of 10, this branch will never have the product I want, even the most basic. Thank god there is an independent pharmary down the road that I can rely on."
"The worst chemist / pharmacy in Surrey? Hard to see how it could be worse. Disorganised, don’t answer the phone, frequently don’t have the required drugs. On more than one occasion a cancer patient left without meds."
"Andrew is the most helpful pharmacist I have come across. Always serves with a smile and bends over backwards to help out. Just got to hope he doesn’t move on to a bigger Boots pharmacy!"
