"Can the Area Manager/Director of Lloyds Pharmacy give this team more resource so they can serve the public. Someone needs to be at the till, Pharmacist(s) completing prescriptions and free to answer medical questions and another to pick up the PHONE! βοΈ"
"What is it with this place. I went to get my prescription after waiting 25 minutes today and there computers were down. The women checked and my prescription was there but couldn't do it as the pharmacist was at lunch in the evening."
"On holiday and had to get medication which was sent to this Pharmacy. I went to pick up the meds and was told to go back after 2. At 2.30 they were closed because of a gas leak, not their fault, waited for about 5 minutes and they were open again. Said it would take 10 minutes because of the gas leak, so I waited. 20 minutes, I was still waiting, they said another 10 minutes! When I finally got my meds, they didn't have everything so I have to go back. I can't recommend this Pharmacy, they don't even have basic nail stuff, no cotton wool. Went back again for meds they didn't have, there at 2.30, the pharmacist was at lunch until 3, so I have to go back again! I am livid and wish I had not gone there in the first place. If I could take away the 2 stars I gave in the first place, I would."
"Honestly, Lloyds pharmacies in this area are a disgrace. They're causing patients stress, anxiety and distress. Twice now I've been in Lloyds for 1.5-3hrs only to be told they can't give me a prescription because they can't print a label, when they have my medication and prescription in their hands. You wait an hour minimum before you're even asked your name let alone if the have your medication. I saw a frail old man wait 2hrs before being asked his name only to be told to come back tomorrow for medication. No-one goes to a chemist for fun, we are there for medications, necessities!! It's becoming an absolute toll on my health so god knows how it is for more elderly patients. The staff in this Lloyds in particular are not polite, not apologetic, not friendly and certainly not helpful"
"I sadly have to give this pharmacy a rather negative review, as I had a bad experience with it. My prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy, but after 10 minutes, they said they hadn't received it. I returned an hour later, and the lady searched again for another 10 minutes, and said they still hadn't received it. She asked for my son's NHS number (who knows a random 10 digit number off by heart?!) I had to go back to my doctor's surgery and get a paper copy, and go back for a 3rd time, and wait yet another 10 minutes for the prescription to eventually be processed. While I was there, 2 other people were there complaining with similar problems. Even though this is the closest pharmacy to our surgery, we will not be using this pharmacy again."
