"After being given the run around by a well known pharmacy who had sat on my prescription for nearly a week only to be told on Friday the particular drug was not available, I had made four attempts to collect this only to find it to be closed during the week. In desperation I called Church Pharmacy to be told if I could get it there within two hours it would be ready that afternoon !! To say I was relieved is an understatement. I collected this on Saturday as arranged, sadly I could not thank the lady I had the conversation with on Friday as she was not on shift ( I’m hoping she gets to see this). My prescription had been dispensed and was ready for checking by the pharmacist who was on her break, the lovely happy young girl on the counter went and disturbed her to check my prescription without any fuss whatsoever. I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for going over and above to assist me and thoroughly recommend this team for a personal and effective service met with a smile. Thankyou Church Pharmacy Team"
