The Pharmacy

"This has to be the worst pharmacy to get your prescriptions from. You wait for ages to receive your order. When you phone the pharmacy never answers and the staff are rude and not interested. The pharmacy itself is filthy. It is disorganised and with boxes and packets lying all over its a no wonder they are constantly in a mess."

"Such a chaotic, unclean and disorganised pharmacy. On more than one occasion they’ve given me the wrong medication. Unfortunately since the surgery next door burnt down along with its pharmacy, this one has been completely overstretched. They never seem to have prescriptions ready, the shop is alway filthy dirty and messy. You normally have to wait ages whilst they prepare your medicine, and always seem confused and disorganised. I’d give them 1 star, but it’s not entirely their thought due to the volume of customers, but they could do so much better. Just clean the place for a start and sort your medicines out!"

"Dreadful place, loads of staff all fighting for space to the rear. Phone ringing constantly but no one answering. The gentleman serving myself was quite brash and rude. No people skills just very matter of fact. I overheard one gentleman being advised that his prescription is always a problem due to the items needed were not stocked."

"GREAT Service and help with a smile. Justin and all the staff are SO helpful and kind and go the extra mile to make things easier for everyone who visits the Pharmacy. They really seem to get it that 98% of people going through the door would rather not be unwell, need medication and having to visit. Nothing seems too much trouble for Justin and he always has a welcome smile. There's many a health professional that could learn some great communication skills and kindness spending a day there! (I can say that I've worked in Health) Thank you all at the Pharmacy for your welcome and help."
