"I have their service that requests them to sort out my monthly medication requests and delivery due to my disabilities, and in the past year I've gone through every month with at least one of my medications running out for up to 9 days. My support worker and I have contacted them every single month to ask them for it to not be late and it's still always late and I'm left without. This time, all of my medication has run out at the same time so I have NO medication to last me through the weekend, and possibly next week. As mentioned multiple people assisting me have rung up and say have promised it will be sorted and they would "start doing it three days earlier", which they havent been able to stick to for more than a month. This is going to cause both my mental and physical illnesses harm yet again."
