"I am writing to whom it may concern for a complaint and an explanation to why me and my sister were not treated as loyal customers in Monsoon store in Silverburn on 16/07/2016 around 5pm. I am very upset and angry of why 1 of the staff came to me  when i had items i was looking at in my hands and the staff said " can I take these from your hand" and just took the items from my hands without my answer. I told the staff that I am still looking at those items and asked if she wanted to take the rest of the items my sister had aswell and I was very angry and told the staff that " I work in retail aswell and you never approach a customer and take the items out their hands" and the staff replied " you should take the items from their hands aswell" . This is not the way for customer service by not informing the customer why the items are being taken from their hands. It seems the staff working in Silverburn Monsoon store are not happy with their jobs as they dont know how to deal with customers. I have always shopped from Monsoon at different locations but never have I recieved this type of poor rude service. I couldnt even buy the items I wanted because of that staff and then she ran away at the back of the store or somewhere leaving me all angry and upset. Other customers were looking aswell and my freind was scared of the staffs behaviour when she was getting served by the staff on the tills she couldnt calm me down or apolojise but once she had served us and when we were walking out the store she said in a angry tone that " have a wonder ful day" and the atmosphere felt very wrong and she never had no smile on her face Very rude customer service"
