"Visited this branch today, not my local. saw a lovely pharmacy lady about lower back pain that was unbearable she was very attentive sat me down asked all the appropriate questions and really helped me find products that made a difference to my whole day came out of there full of praise."

"Terrible branch of boots, mainly down to the staffs incompetence. There is almost ALWAYS something wrong every time picking up prescriptions. They are now FORCING people to use patient access even although they shouldnt be forcing us!! Needs new management and has done for the last several years. Sick of using this boots"

"This pharmacy was signposted to me by 111 after a medical emergency. I spoke to the pharmacist working Sunday morning and was met with the response that I should go elsewhere because he couldn't get into his computer system. I tried explaining it was an emergency but he sounded like he couldn't care less. Absolutely dreadful customer service and I will be sure to pass on this experience to 111. Individuals like this are dangerous. It was fortunate I was able to find a caring/listening member of staff in another branch even though it was much further to reach.. Shame on you. I will be making a complaint to head office to ensure this experience is not repeated for anyone else. Absolutely dreadful."
