"Such poor customer service manager has no manners and spoke to me and my family like we were idiots coat was tagged with £17 on it when at the till the lady said that they made a mistake and shouldn’t have been done the coat was £33 was made to wait on a manager for 10minutes holding up the queue for the manager to be no help as it was the staff that made the mistake we asked that they would even drop it 20% and we’re advised by manager no that she could easily put it back out and sell it for the £33 was so embarrassing and ended up leaving without the coat as things got heated"
