"Went in early afternoon,as soon as opened the door the heat inside was intense!!. Was told the ac isn’t working and it’s 39c! Staff were polite and friendly, store was nice and clean and has had a recent refit. Food service was really slow so I was now literally sweating,food was a bit dissapointing as cold and they never had tuna which is the only thing my daughter would eat.Probably won’t return unless I’m desperate."
"i ordered tangy doritos and sweet chili sunbites and i got cool original doritos and ready salted walkers and they said after they delivered when i phoned them that they didn’t have any other crisps when they could’ve told me before they came and called my number and asked if we wanted a substitute for those crisps but no they just chose random crisps and brought them here and didn’t say nothing till i called them after."
"Staff are great but they are clearly having staff number issues. It's often just one person during busy lunchtimes and they are completely overworked as a result as they have to cater for both in store and online orders. Will update the review when this is resolved."
"I ordered ahead via the app at 1pm, to collect at 1:30pm. I made myself known at 1:30pm, but the staff let me know my order hadn't been received by them, and that I had to join the back of the queue to place it that way. They were polite about it and I understood these things happen. However, the store only had one type of bread left, no meatballs, no mozzarella, no tomatoes, no vegan options and no cherry pepsi max which was my entire order. The three stars I have given is for each member of staff as they were polite, apologetic and helpful, but the availability and food quality deserves 0 stars."
