"The food was lovely but the portion size for my main course, fish, was rather small and didn't fill me, so I was glad I could have biscuits and cheese to follow. My husband and mother's portion sizes were fine so I was just unlucky. The waitress was lovely and very helpful. We were seated in the conservatory area and we all felt rather chilly. This needs to be better heated for the comfort of diners. I do like the restaurant, food is delicious, service good, lovely decor so if the conservatory could be warmer it would get more stars from me."

"Nice restaurant; booked a table during the week for the 2/3 course special. The selections were great and the food was awesome. The staff there were also very patient, as we had a somewhat late booking. I got some minced steak as my main and creme Brule as dessert, can't exactly remember what my friend ordered but I've inserted a photo. I'd definitely recommend the place."
