"Unfortunately I cannot share the experience of other travellers I have had with Wexas. Saija arranged our self drive in Puglia originally in 2020 but due to covid we agreed to put the holiday on hold. A few mistakes were made by Saija which I had to point out - possibly the worst being that due to the flights being changed (not the fault of Wexas) she expected us to arrive at Brindisi at 19.00 and collect the car hire (which closed at 1930) then drive 150k to our first stop. I had to push for her to arrange an overnight stop in Brindisi. Her alternative was to reroute to Bari for a cost of an extra£300.00. I was disappointed in the standard of accommodation in Fasano and with absolutely no local knowledge provided by Wexas. I have written to Wexas airing my disappointment who obviously do not care as I have not had a reply after more than a week of writing. I definitely would not consult Wexas again for future holidays."
