"Staff need to be more aware about what gluten free actually means. I ordered a Gluten free sub and asked for their globes to be changed, I got a confused look but they obliged and changed. In the end I had to ask for the one lady to continue finishing my sub as they were both very new to the job from what I could tell."

"Rude customer service from a girl!! I asked her if I can redeem any thing from my points, she asked me to scan it and she didn't tell me if I can redeem or not. She aksed whether I am having footlong or 6inch sub. I told her i would like to have 6 inch sub. I think she didnt hear me properly because of mask, so in her rude voice she asked me the same thing again. I find her really rude, I am not upset because I didnt know if I can redeem something. Please bo polite and courteous to other customer thank you."
