"I have to post a review about this store because I'm flabbergasted at some of the 1⭐'s people have posted. My son,(extra olives &double cheese) loves the staff at this subway. I have been in a few times to get his subway and they know me because of his order. They are very kind, very polite and always give him the extra he asks for. I filled out a review from the website on the receipt, and they read it. The next time he went in, they gave him a footlong instead of his usual 6". Correct me if I'm wrong but does that sound "rude, impolite or disinterested"? In my experience the sort of people who leave 1⭐ reviews because of some misconceived slight, and possibly do hardworking people out of business, are rude, sad and impolite themselves. The staff are lovely The food is fresh and plentyful. Don't pay attention to the 1⭐'s."
"I hadn’t eaten at Subway before but as this one had just opened in my town I decided to go in on Monday of this week for a breakfast snack with a friend. We were welcomed by a lovely friendly and cheerful member of staff who served us promptly. However, the manager arrived shortly after and was extremely rude to her lovely colleague in front of us. We were very shocked and disappointed and will certainly not be visiting again. Sad."
