"Went today Saturday, April 2nd, 2022, asked the lady / girl by the entrance around 1.45 pm, if there’s any toilet we could go to, ( while my husband and my son still shopping ) she showed us the toilet for the disabled ones, and none of us look disabled or disabled. If she doesn’t know any toilet, which I’m quite sure she does, because she’s working there, she could just say, she doesn’t know. I take as it she can’t be bothered of helping the customer with simple information."
