"Ordered through Uber Eats at 12.30 to be told it will be delivered between 13.25 - 13.45. Phoned at 13.25 to ask where food was and got told it would be 20 minutes. Phoned again at 13.55 as food still hadn't arrived and the person disconnected during the call. Tried calling resteraunt again but kept saying number busy. I phoned at least 20 times within a space of 5 minutes but looks like they turned their phone off. Finally got the delivery at 14.15 and food was cold/lukewarm (i stay 10 minutes away so it should have been ok. Ordered previously without issue). Driver said they were extremely busy but it was just an excuse.... Busy on a Friday afternoon where majority of people are at work? Will not be ordering again from this place even though I've been a regular. They need to put as much effort into honouring delivery times as they do in their TikTok videos."

"Second time I've ordered, second time I've received a box that's burnt from the bottom from being left on a hot plate of some sort. What I can't fathom is the fact that the bag it was in, was fine. Meaning some absolute plonker picked the box up, burnt, and put it in the bag and left it. Absolute cowboys. Overrated, underwhelming and just really poor. I did call and they offered to send me another one by delivery. Which did come, and was cold also. I won't be back."
