"I usually love the food here but the last 2 times I have ordered, my order has not been correct. I'm allergic to peppers so always ask for no jalapeños yet they are always in my food despite asking for them to be removed. It clearly says in the instructions to remove them. Normally I'm fine picking out what I don't like but when it comes to an allergy, that is not OK. Whether someone asks for certain items to be removed because of allergies or other reasons, the requests should be honoured."
