KFC Yate- Yate Shopping Centre

"I feel like the review on here is a little unfair. People only typically review when they have a bad experience. I was waiting for KFC to come to Yate, and waited a few weeks before visiting after they opened, I knew there would be teething problems. When I do visit, I haven't had any major problems, most of the time my food is served quickly. The only small issue I have had is missing sauces and occasionally the serving of chips isn't what it should be. Overall this branch is better than a lot of others."

"£27.34 for this. 4 legs are you joking, oil coming out the chicken running out and cold. Where’s the chicken pieces no gravy. Over 55mins waiting. If we could leave 0 stars I would. And you can’t call Uber eats or kfc as the lines are closed right now. Will never buy from there ever again. Waiting for refund. In the bin it goes. Jokers"

"New Review: I can now see why others have left negative reviews. Too many staff, yet none seem to want to be there also it was empty at 12 lunch-week. Wrap Of The Day wasn't on the ordering screens, but advertised on ad screen in window, so I went to the till to ask. I was told it wasn't available, so I asked if they had ran out of chicken or something? To be told no initially they said there was no wraps, this changed to no slaw. So then I asked for a mini fillet, which comes which lettuce.. Why couldn't they say we have no slaw for the wrap, but we have lettuce? I think they are trying to avoid selling these wraps as they are a lot cheaper than main menu, and who wants a watered down drink and soggy fries? Original Review: I have been to this KFC several times and orders have always been fine, it has been fairly quiet and no issues with food like KFC should taste like! It's also a lot cleaner than many KFC's so don't know why there are so many negative comments. Only comment I would make is wrap of the day wasn't on the screen menus last time I went there, whether that was an error or intentional to people spend more?"

"Awful. 59 minute wait and then when I got home, 5 portions of fries missing and the popcorn chicken comprised of 6 pieces. Utterly dreadful. Will drive elsewhere next time."
