"Lovely clothing. My friend and I were, initially, really enjoying trying the clothes and deciding what to buy. Sadly, we decided to leave without buying as one of the staff was quite rude and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were being a nuisance for trying things on. I can understand being anxious around Covid and wanting to keep stock clean, but it made no sense to approach us 15 minutes into the visit and make a snarky comment about having to quarantine the clothes and imply we were wasting her time. If it is a problem for customers to try on clothes, this should be explained at the start and not mentioned later to make customers feel guilty or frivolous. The other sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, I am disappointed for her that the visit ended on a sour note and without a purchase."

"Just like to say what a lovely company to do business with. My wife wanted a pair of Grenson boots, out of stock elsewhere but found them online with Frontier Woman and at a good price. Always suspicious about buying from unknown online stores we were so pleased to find that not only did they arrive next day and fitted perfectly but also accompanied with a lovely hand written note from Rosie - really nice personal touch. Can definitely recommend and will be buying again."

"Well-curated selectrion of brands - some French (Les Petites...) some home-grown (Marilyn Moore, Orla Kierly) - to suit broad spectrum of ages and styles. Contemporary and 'different' enough to be trendy enough but always classically pretty. Shopkeepers always friendly and never pushy. Great sales in summer and post-Xmas if you find it pricey."
