"Chicken kebab was rubber and tasteless and the pita was solid, the chips and cheese were soggy and cold. It was very clear that I was eating frozen, supermarket food that had been cooked, frozen agaon and then finally reheated and given to me. Most of it went in the bin. Shame as was really looking forward to trying them."

"Went into Fairuz for a hoagie - and it was absolutely amazing. Quality of the meat was really good. They also finish it in a panini press which crispens the wrap and adds a really good crunch when you bite. Will be going back!"

"My husband had bought a pizza on 7/3/2021 but did not open and check it in the shop. When He reached home ,we noticed that they had given a burnt pizza. I wonder why the guy in the shop couldn’t see this while cutting the pizza and just gave it to the customer. We were busy to cook so thought of getting it from the shop but this was utterly a waste of time. My husband had to go back again to the shop and show them the quality of their food. He asked for a refund or a fresh pizza to which they gave him a freshly made pizza. It tasted good and was filling .The owner should look into the issue so that it doesn’t happen again with other customers."
