Her advice helped me understand why a previous piercing may not have worked out which was really helpful to reassure me with looking after a new one. Clean and relaxing environment, she is also really personable and lovely which helped me relax. Dee helped me work out the look I wanted and didn't rush or patronise me when I felt unsure which was reassuring. Would recommend!"
