"Shocking service tonight. Waited for an hour and a half for pizza. Rang up to be told my order had been cancelled. No email or text message was sent to communicate this. We have very upset children. Money should not have been taken when the product could not be delivered."
"This business is a SCAM. Waited for 2 hours for a pizza which never arrived. Rang through to the shop an hour in to be told they only had one driver. After the pizza tracker changed to order delivered we rang through 4 times to ask what was happening. On the 3rd attempt the staff answered the call and then said "just ignore him" and refused to answer my requests over the phone for someone to speak to. I eventually had to go to the shop direct where they had stated they had already processed a refund with no apology or acceptance of fault for the wasted time. This is a disgusting attitude to customer service for a delivery chain and I would never bother with this store again."

"How do you make a customer for life? You manage the team at Dominos Clevedon store. I placed a large order worth over £50 few days back. Pizza tracker got stuck in 'quality control' stage for an hour. I made a call and it was explained to me that food wasn't ready and there's a delay. After that the team leader told me they will be sending my food asap AND the full refund will be processed.. I mean, it doesn't get any better than this. Really pleased."
