"Food is good but delivery time is terrible, 2hr+ wait on food."

"Awful customer service . The woman at the till was very happy to take my cash payment. I then booked a delivery. I was called to give my address again after it was done via there web site. I was then told it was my fault that they didn't have the correct address. I have asked for a call back as there not taking my calls. Not impressed and never again will I put up with that woman screaming at me on the phone Please read and learn from my terrible experience."

"Called up for my usual order. Came home & went to eat my food later on. When I opened the bag I seen I had the wrong order. So I called up & explained I’d bring back this order & get my correct one. I turned up with the order & didn’t even get a thank you. The young boy went through to the back to ask if it was ready. A chef came to the window they continued talking & then laughed. The young boy came out & literally tossed my dinner through the hatch & went there you go. I said excuse me? He was like what. I went not even an apology. He started laughing & said I did say sorry. I said you did not & I don’t appreciate my dinner getting tossed at me & you laughing. I thought I’d be ahead of the game order my food before my bath & sit down have my dinner. But to see I had the wrong order when I got out is fine it can sometimes happen. That’s not what I was annoyed about it was the service at the front desk which was extremely disappointing. This is a place I regularly go to. But I will not be returning & that young boy should learn some manners if he’s servicing the public. I couldn’t of been nicer when I called up. Walked away absolutely fumming."
