"Sadly very expensive for what it is. We paid £11 each for a 30 minute "cruise" from Westminster to Tower Bridge, 15 of which was, in the words of the guide, going around in circles picking passengers up. Our boat didn't leave for 40 minutes after the advertised time, which was not ideal with young children. There were no staff from the company at the terminal at Westminster to advise as we were waiting for the missing boat, and no explanation or apology once we were on board. Once we were finally moving the guide said repeatedly that they weren't tour guides, they were just boat operators who knew some facts which might be wrong. The Uber boat (Thames Clipper) is available on the same route for a fraction of the price, next time I'd go for that without a doubt."
"Great boat trip. The facts about London are very interesting, and I even got to see a sea lion that was just swimming around in the Thames."
"Travelled from Kew to Westminster. An enjoyable and relaxing way to see London from the river. Purchased my single ticket online at a cost of £18 (including booking fee). Several sailings daily. The boat arrived on time. Facilities include a bar, toilets and indoor/outdoor seating. Staff were welcoming and approachable. Steep ramp down to Kew pier and several steps to get onboard so accessibility could be an issue for some. Approximate journey time was 1 hour and 20 minutes."
"Well that was fun. Had low expectations over 90 mins going from Kew to Westminster yesterday at 4.30pm but it was excellent! Lovely friendly crew. Very professional. Non evasive and funny commentary (and learnt a few things!). Well priced (and unusually well stocked) bar . It was great! Recommended. Top notch lads"
"Lovely riverboat trip to Greenwich from Westminster, if you have a travelcard 33% is taken off. The journey is 90 minutes, with a tour guide telling where landmarks are explained in a satorical way. Passing St Paul's and Tower Bridge, toilets on board. Great all round experience."
