"Avoid at all costs! Having agreed on a flight to Jamaica in January of this year for £600, I paid the balance off last month and was then told that I needed to pay nearly £300 for taxes. A refund was agreed in which I was told that it would take between 4-6 weeks to process. However the Police insisted that I push for an immediate refund with my Bank who successfully helped reinburse me within 2 days of reporting the scam. The inconvenience and stress this caused is a lesson learnt to be very careful and not overlook things such as an 0208 London telephone number for a company based in Birmingham. Also their Bank Details appear under a company called Luxury Travel 247 which is not mentioned on their website. Thankfully at short notice I was able to find a flight for £509 but report scammers like this to Action Fraud and your Bank."
