I knew I wanted her to have a positive experience and I 100% knew I needed to take her to Chel, she talked to my daughter about every little detail of the process before even starting the piercing and made my daughter know she was in charge, not me or Chel, this was her decision as it was her body and her ears . The reassurance of this throughout it all made her feel safe and Chel really went above and beyond with making her feel this way. Would recommend Chel for all piercings anyway but more so with children's first!"

"I think we've been to see Chel four times now for piercings for my 15 year old daughter and this last time I took the plunge and got one too! Chel is very professional, always takes time to explain the procedure and is very calming. The piercings are done quickly and efficiently. Following the aftercare as instructed by Chel we haven't had any problems and they are all healing well. The studio is great, very clean, recently refurbished, everyone we've met there is welcoming and the place has a good vibe. I'm sure we'll be back for more."
"Had a piercing with Chel and felt instantly welcome and relaxed. Chel really knows her stuff and the room is spotless and everything is sterile to the highest standard, with full hygiene procautions followed. I was talked through every step with guidance, which really helped. Also, after the piercing is done, Chel is always there for questions and any jewellery changes. I am so happy with her work and can't wait to go back for another piercing, just need to decide what is next!
