"The place looks dirty and the staff seemed miserable and unhappy. There is a clear lack of proper training and they treat customers poorly. Other branches have better customer service and it is a shame that this one is closer to our flat."

"I was in with a friend and had some delicious food that was served quickly. However the experience was affected by a member of staff (I believe Paul) who was shouting and swearing at a female colleague. Paul left and returned from the staff room at least three times during my 30 minute visit, each time with a confrontational and unprofessional attitude which was verbalised through expletives and a raised voice in front of all customers. Shame to see someone being treated that way."

"enjoyed the food and might order in the future, but won’t be sitting in. the staff looked so miserable and sounded like they didn’t want to be there, which is fair enough, but i just felt like a nuisance and it didn’t make for a nice atmosphere. the place was “dead” (as the staff referred to it), so we were served quickly, but they still ignored part of our order somehow. still, it’s a bit too expensive for what they offer.. but it tastes nice. and i appreciate the vegan options!"

"I am sick of this place claiming they serve good food. Ordered the largest item on the menu, not bigger than a biro pen! The portions are poor and the food is average at best. £26 for a burrito and an enchilada!!! If I was to rate this Mexican against the rest in Glasgow, it is the worst!"

"Popped in here to try the soft tacos and burrito. Tacos were delicious. Small matter of improvement for the chain as a whole would be to offer soft corn tortillas and not just wheat, but this review isn't taking that as part of tbr experience. Food was good and service was quick. Salsa tasted like it was chopped tomatoes poured out of a tin, but everything else including the guac, meat and rice tasted good and fresh."
