"Ordered a delivery at 6pm on the app to be told delivery would be for 7pm. 7.20pm still no food so I called to see where my delivery was to be told they hadn't started making it yet due to the traffic being too busy for delivery due to a celtic game (literally 1.3 miles from the shop). No one had informed me of the delay and the football at Parkhead had finished over an hour ago. Normally would order from here but the fact no one could communicate there would be a delay and then that the staff started shouting at me as I was asking to cancel my order was appalling. Last time I'll order from here. Apparently staff cannot cancel orders from their own app and telling me to email and call a company instead (which they didn't have the details of and there and none on the app either) disgusting service. If I had been told of the delay that would be unseestandabke but to leave us waiting is a joke."

Once I go out and get change, I ask the woman for salt, my chips were harder to eat than sand, and the cheek the woman gave me. Not going back, I’ll stick to Dolce or Enzos."
