"I'd heard such good things about the takeaway from Saffron, looked forward to trying it tonight, and in the end was so disappointed with the food! I've given 2 stars because my son and partner felt their lamb and chicken dishes were edible at least. I had a vegetable kadahi- it was dry, had a powdery texture and the vegetables were so undercooked they were almost raw. After a few bites I threw it in the bin. Will not be back."

"We have been using the guys at Saffron for many year but having moved village, we haven’t been for a while. We picked up a Tandoori Mixed grill last night and we were blown away by the favours. Even the chips were superb and chips don’t like travelling! Proper cuisine. The sit in is outstanding also, the Monkfish curry has always been a lasting memory for me. Give it a try, it’s worth the travelling or phone call!"
