"Ordered delivery, after 90minutes when it didn't arrive, phoned back. Apparently it was sent to wrong address. They reported contact number we gave only had 10 digits, hence they couldn't call us. Cancelled order. Then received abusive phone call from manager to state why I hadn't call back earlier and stated shop was closed, but still had an hour of opening time. Amazing how he knew number to call back to give abuse but not for order. Will not recommend, in future. Horrified that this is his approach to customer service!!!"

"Had an issue with delivery a week ago, but phoned Toni the manager who was professional and understanding. He immediately stated I could have the full price of the meal (£29) for another meal at my choice of time. He also told me to keep my original meal. When I phoned for my replacement meal, it was delivered with no payment required or any questions asked. Brilliant meal and service. Well done East Star. Brilliant Chinese!."
