"Worst Indian food I've every ordered. While I was eating I've found hair in my food and meanwhile after that I had the worst diarrhea in my life. This is unacceptable"
"I been in Edinburgh for over 2 years, I have tried most of the Indian takeaway. I can highly recommend Bell bottom Indian takeaway. Best packaging environment friendly bags. authentic Indian food at its very best. guys keep up the good work I will always ordering from your takeaway. your new regular for rest of my stay in Edinburgh. ❤️"
"It was an awful experience food order from bell bottom. It was my first order and did not went well , they have put chicken piece into my Vegetarian (Paneer Karahi) which is not at all acceptable being a vegetarian person. We did not continue the dinner and it affected whole family's mood. I have highlighted this to restaurant and they said they will look into this and do full refund of order. I ordered this on 18th June and did quite follow-ups on emails and text but no response about my refund. Really disappointed and will NEVER order again."
"It’s ironic that their website says that they cook with minimal oil, because this was the oiliest meal we have eaten in our entire lives. It was seriously unacceptable how much oil was in our food. We ordered the chana masala, rice (it doesn’t come with the curry so you have to order separately), and tandoori roti. The chana masala was so oily it soaked through the plastic box and the bag. It was literally a box of oil with some chickpeas thrown in. We were fishing the gravy out of the oil. I know it sounds like I’m exaggerating but please see the attached photos. The tandoori roti was also really hard and chewy. Giving two stars because the flavor was decent. If you don’t want to significantly increase your risk of getting a heart attack today, don’t order from here."
"Ordered from here a few times now. Excellent customer service, slightly buggy app/website. The food has been quite nice (esp for this part of town!) although inconsistent. Lamb Karahi was exceptional the first time - tasted like a proper North Indian curry from back home. The second time it was a little sweet, felt like it had a bit of Bengali influence! Aloo gobi very far from what it should be - dry and spicy, not a tomatoey curry. Decent seekh kebabs! Will definitely order again, as long as they keep the North Indian magic flowing :)"
