"This is a great place if you're looking for an affordable but high quality steak and seafood meal. They've got a great 2 course menu for only £15. I got a big pot of mussels and steak frites under this deal, it was great! Also service is good and love the vibe of the restaurant."

"Great food at a good price. Staff very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Starters were delicious; Smoked mackerel rillette and haggis bon bons. Maybe a crusty roll/ oatcake with the rillette? There was a bit of a wait for our second course but worth it; Slow cooked Featherblade of beef and a flat iron steak. Both cooked to perfection. We had a slight issue with our bill at the end, but it was quickly sorted. Overall a lovely night. Recommended"

"Great first visit and will be back again. T-Bone cooked medium rare and scallops cooked to perfection. Mussels to start Steve's in a bloody Mary sauce which was delicious! Tables booked for 1pm on Sunday, had the place to ourselves and started filling up from 2pm onwards so good if you're wanting a quiet lunch early on."
