"Diabolical ! I called to place an order and first of all was told to wait while the woman finished taking in person orders, so I patiently waited, listening in to 3 very lengthy orders for approx 8 minutes before the woman came back. I placed my order, a very expensive one, and after being denied several requests, such as ‘no extra chilli, too busy’ and ‘no meal for 2, too busy’ - all of which I took in patience - I reached my limit when I was told it would be a 45 minute collection time when I was literally at the station in Busby. Around the corner ! Why didn’t they say ‘45 min collection - is that ok ?’ before I went through the painful and drawn out process of trying to place my order ? I’ll NEVER order from here again and I recommend nobody else does either. Really, really bad service. And the food isn’t even that good either, by the way."
