"Could be cleaner, and toilet seems to be out of order a lot of the times I've been in, also nobody seems to crowd control the school kids when they come in, I have witnessed them on several occasions intimidating elderly people for seats not nice to see, staff just interested in making money from the kids they turn a blind eye to this."

"Place is a riot I was served by someone with very poor personal hygiene, juice stain all around their mouth. I should have known to turn around and walk out when this girl cut my bread, she cut right through the bottom of it and then proceed to fill my sub in the hope I wouldn't notice I let that go she proceeded to make my friends subs in the same sloppy manner when I was asked if I would like it cheese and toasted I replied yes I watched it get toasted. the salad was left to my friend to decide. they got lettuce, peppers and onions none of which when I unwrapped my sub was even close to being on it, it was a mess inside the paper. I bit into it I realised the girl had not put any cheese on the sub at all only toasted it . I'm appalled by this and will NEVER be back"
