"Hi Lee- the journey home was really smooth. I was able to check in very quickly at the Lufthanse desk, and getting through security only took about 10 minutes. Munich airport is big, so it took about 15 minutes to find the Gate, but it was all clearly signposted. The flight took off only a few minutes late. Once at Birmingham airport, passing through security was fairly easy (it was quite early in the morning!). The baggage then arrived after about 10 minutes, and my case was the second one on the carousel! Thanks for all your help- I will certainly be using you again."
