"Used to be a great place but has taken a dramatic downtown. We ordered food which took an hour and a half. When it arrived, the pizza was cold and congealed, the onion rings were cold, wet and half filled a paper cup. The kebab, chips and bread were cold, tiny portion and the bread hard. As I said, feel bad as anyone can have a bad night but when I called to discuss and ask for a refund, they were rude and told me to contact just eat. If they had shown a bit or customer service and decent communication, I could accept it but I will not pay for and accept poor service and bad manners."
