"They are totally unresponsive. My cruise booking was cancelled because of Covid in April and despite my refund being made to Balwins in June I have not received any refund at all. Balwins are holding thousands of pounds of my money and won't even answer any phone calls or emails. Disgusting and criminal, do not do any business with this company."
