Naveed Shah you are the company director, you filled us with false promises and ruined our trust with online agents I only scored the 1 star as I had to in order to get here. Appalled by the lack of professionalism and response in an already difficult time of Covid 19 I had a flight booked with this company This then was changed due to covid without informing me and basically told me that j had to go or lose my money as the date was changed to a new date that they had decided I called them, Emailed and when I did occasionally get through to someone I was told it wasn't his problem and someone else would be in touch 4 weeks later 16 calls and 13 emails ,still no joy! Judge this as you wish but I'm just trying to prevent you going through the turmoil and heartache that this has caused me and my family. ."
